Here you will find all the information and forms you need for a smooth and successful exhibiting experience.
Exhibitor Kit & order forms will be available in January 2015 to the right of this page. If you are interested in exhibiting, but have not yet booked your booth, please visit the Looking to Exhibit page for booking information and application form.
Your booth includes: drapes, a listing on our website and in the show guide,
20 complimentary entry passes, and special discount pricing for additional passes.
Electricity, carpet, internet, and furniture are NOT INCLUDED in your booth. These services are all available through our shows suppliers. (Please note, you are required to have a floor covering in your booth. You are welcome to supply this yourself, or choose from our supplier.)
The Exhibitor's Kit contains everything you need to know about exhibiting at the show including deadlines and important dates, insurance requirements, regulations, and FAQs.
Please take the time to read the manual when it is published and on the site as it will answer many of your questions and avoid any last minute surprises. :)
